Job Summary

The Senior Associate, Key Account will play a critical role in supporting the Key Account Manager in managing customer relationships and driving business growth. This role will involve analyzing customer data, developing sales strategies, and executing promotional plans to meet sales targets and improve profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assortment Management
    • Work with the Sales Strategy division to define the best assortment for customers, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
    • Ensure that negotiated agreements are properly implemented, including confirming availability dates, providing technical sheets, and tracking orders.
    • Support the Key Account Manager in preparing pipe and managing DN/DV.
  • Promotions and Forecasting
    • Develop and execute promotional plans, including preparing proposals, creating selling argumentation, and tracking promo inputs and follow-ups.
    • Analyze promo actuals and prepare monthly promo forecasts for submission and approval by the Key Account Manager.
  • Communication and Analysis
    • Provide necessary information to execute plans, including updating tools, preparing arguments, and answering questions for Field and SSC teams.
    • Run monthly turnover analysis and make recommendations to the Key Account Manager on how to improve execution of plans.
  • Project Management
    • Manage at least one specific transversal project, such as logistics, promo, tools, or pest returns, delegated by the Key Account Manager.
Requirements
  • Degree-level education or equivalent.
  • First experience as a Sales Representative or 1st HQ experience in Sales or Marketing.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Analysis and synthesis skills.
  • Business orientation.
  • Customer knowledge.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Autonomy and organization.
  • Rigor and reliability.
