Position Overview

We are in search of a dedicated Partner Success Manager who possesses a strong enthusiasm for the Microsoft business solutions ecosystem to drive growth in the French market.

As an ambassador for Companial and Microsoft, you will oversee partner onboarding, management, and indirect business growth. Your extensive knowledge of the Microsoft environment will be instrumental in delivering value to our partners. Collaborating with the French Partner Success Manager and as part of Team Mid Europe, you will further cultivate and enhance the Companial channel business in France. You will report to the Region Lead Mid Europe and work closely with the French team on a daily basis.

Effective communication is crucial, thus fluency in both English and French, in both written and spoken forms, is essential. Your work will primarily involve online tools such as Microsoft Teams, chat, and email. Additionally, our CRM tool will be a key resource for managing leads, opportunities, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage prospective partners by showcasing the value of the Microsoft Business Applications portfolio.
  • Lead presentations, demonstrations, and workshops focused on Dynamics 365 Business Applications.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of Microsoft solutions in relation to business challenges, performance metrics, and expectations.
  • Support partner strategy by formulating business, marketing, and technical plans with managers within the Companial partner network.
  • Integrate partners into the Microsoft and Companial ecosystem by utilizing key tools and programs, establishing governance processes, monitoring business progress, and reporting to relevant entities.
  • Proactively coordinate service execution and guide partners throughout their journey.
  • Act as the partner's voice by escalating alerts, obstacles, and resource requirements.
  • Participate in events and communication initiatives for our partners.
  • Contribute to the business strategy for France.

Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related role, emphasizing business applications, sales, or partner management.
  • Exceptional presentation, demonstration, and workshop facilitation abilities.
  • Strong capacity to articulate the value of technical solutions in relation to business needs and performance metrics.
  • Robust governance skills, including the establishment of processes, monitoring business pace, and effective reporting.
  • Excellent coordination and execution skills to guide partners effectively.
  • Strong communication skills to represent the partner's interests, including issue escalation and resource identification.
  • Familiarity with business strategy within the French market context.
  • Experience with Microsoft Business Applications (CRM, ERP, Power Apps, etc.) is advantageous.
  • Fluency in French and English, along with a degree from a university or grande école.
