Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Strategic Business Partner to support our growth and success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, including Carrefour.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner Relationship Management: Build a close relationship with Carrefour's main stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure these are met.
  2. Project Management: Connect with Unlimitail's various departments to understand their needs and strive to enable their success, with Carrefour. Lead and manage projects to ensure our teams and Carrefour's teams move in the right direction.

Activities:

  1. Regularly connect with Carrefour to understand their needs and suggest ways for improvement.
  2. Deep-dive and own high-impact projects to ensure they move in the right direction.
  3. Orchestrate the relationship and interactions between our relevant departments and Carrefour, ensuring excellent outcomes are smoothly delivered and satisfactory to all parties.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a Junior Strategic Business Partner who has the following skills, knowledge, and experience:

Education:

  1. Master's degree in Business, Social Sciences, or Engineering.
  2. From a top business or engineering school is a plus.

Experience:

  1. 1-3 years of experience in project management or consulting projects.
  2. Consulting background (Strategy or Management) with knowledge about the Retail Industry is highly appreciated.

Skills:

  1. Perfectly fluent in French and English, Spanish is highly appreciated.
  2. Strong problem-solving skills and rigor.
  3. Polyvalent & analytical and synthetic mindset.
  4. Stakeholder management, change management, interpersonal and project management skills.
  5. Leadership and autonomy.
