As an Apprentice Early Careers Coordinator, you will engage in a comprehensive learning experience over a 12-month period, gaining essential exposure to various facets of Talent Acquisition and Development. Each day presents new challenges in Early Careers; one moment you may be sourcing candidates for graduate roles, and the next, you could be coordinating a global onboarding event.

With a high-performing team and a nurturing environment, this role is an excellent opportunity to launch your career in Human Resources while pursuing your qualification through a balanced schedule (1 week in education, 3 weeks at Sage), setting the stage for your future success.

The Early Careers program at Sage is cyclical, and you will participate in every stage of the process. Here’s a glimpse of what your responsibilities may include:

Engagement: In the engagement phase, you will take on the exciting role of organizing events and building relationships with esteemed educational institutions. Your organizational abilities will be vital as you manage on-campus events. You will be the face of our brand, ensuring that key dates are noted and that the Early Careers Manager is kept informed.

Attraction: During the attraction phase, your creativity will shine as you develop regional content for our social media platforms and educational institutions. Collaborating with colleagues, you will help create an annual communications strategy that highlights our vibrant culture and attracts outstanding talent.

Recruitment: In the recruitment phase, your friendly and professional demeanor will be essential as you handle inquiries and support the candidate evaluation process. You will play a crucial role in fostering a welcoming atmosphere during interviews, from screening applicants to coordinating meetings with hiring managers, ensuring a top-notch candidate experience. Your insightful feedback will guide candidates, enhancing our reputation as an employer of choice.

Onboarding: The onboarding phase is your chance to create a welcoming environment for new hires, ensuring they feel appreciated and integrated. You will collaborate with the Global Early Careers team to curate thoughtful welcome packages and support programs that facilitate their transition into our community. Your careful planning and warm reception will leave a lasting impression.
