Job Description

Inside Sales Representative

L'équipe Inside Sales de Lifen est à la recherche d'un professionnel expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe de vente. En tant que Senior Inside Sales Representative, vous serez responsable de la prospection et du closing de clients potentiels dans le secteur de la santé.

Responsabilités
  1. Participer à la mise en place d'une stratégie de prospection et de closing pour le segment des praticien·nes de santé libérales·aux.
  2. Gérer la prospection et la qualification des leads, par le biais d'une stratégie de mails et d'appels.
  3. Mener le cycle de vente complet des praticien·nes de santé libérales·aux : de la prospection au closing.
  4. Déployer la solution Lifen dans les établissements de santé privés.
  5. Pitcher et mener des démos de la solution à distance.
  6. Gérer la contractualisation, la création des comptes utilisateur·ices et la facturation.
  7. Renseigner son activité et les informations sur les prospects/client·es dans Salesforce.
  8. Collaborer avec les équipes opérationnelles : facturation, support et CSM.
  9. Relation client·e : gestion des cas supports de bases et répondre aux questions des client·es.
  10. Préparer et présenter régulièrement des rapports de performance.
  11. Accompagner les membres plus juniors de l'équipe dans leur montée en compétences.
Compétences requises
  1. Expérience réussie dans une fonction similaire de prospection et de closing de clients.
  2. Tempérament commercial, goût du challenge et motivation par l'atteinte d'objectifs chiffrés.
  3. Excellentes compétences de communication à l'oral et à l'écrit.
  4. Expérience dans un secteur digital, dans la prospection et la vente de logiciels ou de solutions SaaS.
  5. Ambition, persévérance et relationnel de qualité.
  6. Âme de team player et prêt à prendre des risques pour l'équipe.
  7. Motivation par l'amélioration du monde de la santé.
  8. Expérience réussie en santé est un plus.

Salaire : €47 000 - €55 000 par an.
