Position Overview: As the Regional Sales Training Lead for France, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customer-facing teams are thoroughly trained and equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Empower European sales teams with a focus on customer service and sales objectives.
  • Collaborate within the Go to Marketing (GTM) project team, engaging in all aspects of frontline sales and promoting various sales initiatives.
  • Localize, optimize, and deliver training materials that ensure our digital, retail, and dealer-based sales teams possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel at every stage of the customer journey.
  • Develop and execute impactful sales training for each New Energy Vehicle (NEV) model available in Europe, delivered in-person or virtually.
  • Act as the Regional Training Partner for France, coordinating closely with sales and network development teams.
  • Adapt the EU Sales Excellence Master Plan (SEMP) and Certification Program to meet the specific needs of the French market.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in automotive, marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer-focused training or coaching environment.
  • Fluency in French and English; proficiency in other European languages or Chinese is a plus.
  • Strong coaching, training, communication, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to positively influence teams.
  • Familiarity with digital tools such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to create and optimize digital and face-to-face content.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time as required.
