As a Senior Financial Consultant within our Sales Performance Division, you will serve as a vital business partner to our North American sales teams. This segment plays a crucial role in our Global operations, generating over $1 billion in revenue and overseeing a workforce of more than 700 employees, along with shared responsibilities for an additional 300 personnel.
Your role will involve direct collaboration with Sales Management to deliver comprehensive financial support and reporting. Operating in a multi-product, multi-industry environment, you will engage with a diverse ecosystem to contribute to the formulation of our strategic initiatives and the assessment of their implementation.
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be tasked with conducting strategic and financial analysis for the 3D Experience Works Organization. You will provide essential support for sales analytics and marketing efforts, working alongside senior management to create financial models and metrics that facilitate informed business decisions.
Core Objectives of the FP&A Team:
- Strategic Planning – Forecasting & Budgeting
- Business Collaboration with senior leadership to drive performance
- Enhancing and developing reporting mechanisms for management across the organization
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor expenditures across all marketing and sales initiatives, including personnel and project costs
- Evaluate spending against established budgets and forecasts
- Collaborate with the Shared Services Accounting team to ensure the accuracy of monthly closing results
- Coordinate with corporate teams for the preparation of monthly reporting packages and quarterly forecasts
- Create financial projections and develop financial models
- Partner with senior management to ensure that sales performance metrics are effectively guiding future strategic decisions
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance; MBA is preferred
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Finance Business Partner capacity
- Ability to think strategically and foresee cross-functional, operational, and financial implications
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Proficient in building trusted relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with a keen sensitivity to KPIs and data interpretation
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, complemented by interpersonal abilities to gather information efficiently
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with IT systems and SQL is advantageous
- Solid understanding of Financial and Accounting principles
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus
