Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our Sales Performance Team at Dassault Systèmes. As a key business partner, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing financial support and analysis to our North American sales organization
  • Developing and maintaining financial models and metrics to inform business decisions
  • Collaborating with senior management to drive results and achieve business objectives
  • Tracking spend and analyzing financial performance against budget and forecasts

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance; MBA preferred
  • 5 years of experience in a Finance Business Partner role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced skills in Excel and experience with IT systems
