Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our Sales Performance Team at Dassault Systèmes. As a key business partner, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide financial support and analysis to our North American sales organization. This includes developing and maintaining financial models, analyzing sales data, and creating reports to inform business decisions.

As a member of our FP&A team, you will work closely with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business results. You will also be responsible for tracking spend, analyzing budget and forecast variances, and interacting with the Shared Services Accounting team to ensure accuracy of results.

Key qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, 5 years of experience in a Finance Business Partner role, and strong analytical and communication skills. Advanced skills in Excel and SQL are also required. Fluency in English is a must, with French or Spanish knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Create reports to inform business decisions
  • Track spend and analyze budget and forecast variances
  • Interact with the Shared Services Accounting team to ensure accuracy of results
  • Work with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies

Requirements:
