The Account Development Representative will play a pivotal role in uncovering business needs for Strategic & Enterprise Accounts to build a pipeline for the sales organization.

Collaborating with marketing, sales enablement, and management, the ADR will create campaigns and prospect to develop leads for Sales.

Conducting business dealings with prospects in a way that creates a superior customer/prospect experience is an implicit responsibility of the ADR, setting the stage for future product sales for Postman.

This is a remote role based in EMEA, requiring the ADR to work with the Account Development Manager and cross-functional teams to create strategic targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Completing detailed research within targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information
  • Self-auditing activity to ensure accuracy and enable improvement
  • Proactively learning Postman's product, competitive products, and market knowledge
  • Updating lead status and all prospect interaction in CRM application daily

Fluency in both French and English is required.
