**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Alliances Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, channel sales, and relationship management.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Build and grow Okta's channel ecosystem in the region by partnering with regional system integrators.
  • Identify, onboard, and activate new partners to support revenue growth.
  • Develop joint value propositions and go-to-market plans to strengthen Okta's value proposition in the marketplace.
  • Collaborate with Okta's executives, business development, marketing, and field sales teams to execute a partner-first strategy.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in business development or alliances at a SaaS startup, with a track record of exceeding channel sales revenue targets.
  • A strong background in the cyber-security market and a deep understanding of the elements required to successfully activate global, regional, and boutique system integrators.
  • Excellent business acumen, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with decision-makers across all levels of partner and prospect organizations.
  • Current knowledge of the trends and market-leading companies in the broader Cloud Computing and Identity Access Management ecosystem.
