Key Account Manager Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to manage a portfolio of strategic client accounts, ensuring account renewal, and driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts
  • Ensure the renewal of existing contracts and identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell
  • Monitor and analyze account performance and develop strategies for growth
Requirements
  • Proven ability to manage and grow key accounts
  • Excellent client relationship management skills
  • Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
