Position Overview:
As a pivotal member of the Sales organization, you will report directly to the EMEA Head of Sales and be an integral part of a dynamic team dedicated to acquiring new clientele.

Team Leadership:
In your role as the EMEA Business Development Manager, you will oversee a high-performing team of over five Business Development Representatives (BDRs). Your responsibilities will include:

  • Daily management and motivation of the team, including tracking activities and evaluating the effectiveness of strategies.
  • Implementing best practices and facilitating cross-training among team members.
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to enhance team performance.

Collaboration and Training:
Working closely with the Sales Enablement Manager, you will ensure that BDRs receive comprehensive training on:

  • Partnership dynamics with Account Executives.
  • Standardized reporting practices utilizing Salesforce.
  • Product knowledge and outreach methodologies, including scripts and templates.

Innovation and Improvement:
Your role will also involve generating innovative ideas, testing them against data, and translating successful concepts into actionable projects and system enhancements.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is required. Experience with Salesforce for tracking sales activities and forecasting is essential.

Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Outplay, Gong, and 6Sense/Demandbase will be advantageous.
