Senior Business Development Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team in Paris. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and generating sales opportunities through multiple channels and managing the entire sales cycle in the region.
- Proactively prospect and qualify incoming leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Understand prospects' objectives and develop strategies to offer relevant solutions that help them achieve their goals.
- Precisely manage your sales pipeline and keep the CRM up-to-date.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and functions to enhance visibility and brand recognition.
What We Are Looking For:
You are fluent in French and English, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a SaaS company, preferably within Travel Technology. You have a "Hunter" mentality, with persistence in prospecting and following up with prospects and a motivation to close deals. You are performance-oriented, with experience with sales KPIs and revenue targets. You are autonomous, persevering, and capable of working independently to achieve individual monthly business goals.
