About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead our Business Development team. This role will oversee a growing strategic sales team of Business Development Representatives tasked with building a pipeline of opportunity in our EMEA & ANZ segment.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Execute an aggressive business development strategy to achieve team goals on a monthly basis, focusing on meetings, opportunities, and pipeline growth.
  • Manage and lead a team of 5-9 early-career professionals, providing coaching and guidance to support their professional development.
  • Develop strong cross-functional relationships and collaborate effectively with peer sales managers and Account Executives to drive business growth.
  • Identify and hire quality candidates to keep up with company growth, and implement strategies to improve the productivity of new hires.
  • Provide recommendations for improving inbound and outbound strategy to build pipeline and drive business growth.
  • Manage team performance on a monthly basis, positioning the team for growth and increasing the productivity and yield of each Business Development Representative.
  • Operate effectively in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, demonstrating Own values in everything you do.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Senior Business Development Representative or Business Development Manager, preferably in a SaaS software company.
  • A history of consistently achieving sales goals and a track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining a high-performing team.
  • Proven success working within a matrixed organization, establishing strong relationships across all functions, and experienced in Salesforce.
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, with experience working at a startup and knowledge of Salesloft also highly valued.
