Join Cadence Design Systems as a Global Account Director

We're seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our European Global Account team and drive revenue growth in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a team of senior sales executives to achieve portfolio growth and revenue targets.
  2. Develop and execute account plans to identify areas of growth and convert them into reality.
  3. Foster executive relationships and alignment between Cadence and our customers to become a trusted partner.
  4. Communicate internally with field technical teams and R&D teams to deliver solutions specific to customer organizations.
  5. Collaborate with support functions in Legal, Finance, and HR to ensure seamless execution.
  6. Develop and negotiate multi-year agreements and project-specific agreements with customers.
Requirements:
  1. Master's degree in engineering or related field; a degree in business is a plus.
  2. 10+ years of technical sales experience in EMEA.
  3. Proven track record of managing senior sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
  4. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  5. Fluency in French and English; Italian language is a plus.
