Cadence Design Systems is seeking a seasoned Global Account Director to lead and manage a European Global Account team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a high-performing European Global Account team to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and drive sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective actions.
- 10+ years of technical sales experience in EMEA, with a proven track record of success in managing high-performing sales teams.
- Master's degree in engineering or related field, with a strong understanding of the EDA, IP, Design Services, and Consulting Services markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Fluency in French and English, with Italian language skills a plus.
