We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team at Prime Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze national and international engineering markets to identify potential clients and projects
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Hire, manage, and support a team of consultants to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of partners and clients
  • Carry out commercial negotiations and respond to calls for tender
Requirements:
  • Recent graduate in engineering or business school
  • Fluent in French (C2) and English (desirable)
  • Dynamic, agile, and organizational skills
