**Job Description**

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution of contracts and the achievement of contractual and financial objectives.

You will be under the authority of your CEO and will be responsible for organizing and managing the business under your responsibility. You will ensure the direction of the business and have functional authority over transverse services.

You will be responsible for the good management of the project with the client, the good execution of contractual commitments, and the financial management of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Pilot the activity of your business using the management systems in place
  • Establish or have established purchase requests
  • Ensure good communication with the client
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project and inform the client of the project's progress
  • Establish offers and pricing for additional work and potential amendments
  • Prepare invoices, track payments, and potential guarantees
  • Ensure compliance with QSE regulations on your project
  • Monitor the financial progress of the project and report to your hierarchy

**What We Offer**

Upon arrival, you will benefit from an integration period. In addition to your initial training, your experience of at least 5 years will allow you to have good knowledge of procedures and project management in a nuclear environment.

You are a good communicator, curious, proactive, a team player, and rigorous. You master English and are comfortable with team management and project leadership.
