Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing long-lasting relationships with regular customers in the hotel and Phokeethra Country Club (PCC).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Develop and execute sales strategies in new business opportunities and achieve sales targets in the Korean Market.
  • Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with PCC Golf members and potential customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate Contracts and Close Sales Deals: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements in hotel and golf sales.
  • Prepare and Deliver Sales Reports: Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, performance metrics, and market insights.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the Golf Operation Manager, sales & marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer engagement.
  • Maximize Revenue: Maximize revenue by upselling packages and creative programs in terms of tournaments and other events for PCC.

Requirements:

  • Native Korean Speaker: Must be native in Korean with strong communication skills and fluent in English for communication in Korea (oral & written).
  • Knowledge of the Korean Market: Knowledge of the Korean market with connections to the hotel and golf industry.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and preferred experience in the hotel industry or golf industry.
  • Technical Skills: Must be proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
