Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm greetings and personalized assistance to guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
  • Efficiently handle inquiries, requests, and reservations, showcasing your knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Reconcile daily revenue balances, process payments, and balance PM accounts with precision and attention to detail.
  • Verify transactions, audit for discrepancies, and prepare daily reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established guidelines.
  • Maintain open communication with all departments, fostering a positive and respectful work environment.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred

  • Passion for guest service and strong guest service orientation required
