The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager for Southern Europe to spearhead our expansion efforts at one of the UK's most innovative big data analytics firms. This is a pivotal opportunity to join a high-energy, award-winning team and contribute significantly to Quantexa's growth trajectory following a substantial funding round. Our Decision Intelligence platform is instrumental in assisting leading brands across various sectors, including Financial Services, Insurance, Telecommunications, and Government, in overcoming critical challenges related to financial crime, risk management, fraud prevention, and data governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage field and pipeline marketing initiatives across EMEA to achieve revenue targets, collaborating with Corporate Marketing, Partner Marketing, Digital, Demand, Product Marketing, and Content teams.
  • Design and implement tailored marketing strategies and campaigns specific to the Southern European market, focusing primarily on France and Spain, with secondary attention to Portugal, Italy, and Greece.
  • Work closely with sales teams to pinpoint target markets, develop demand generation initiatives, and support lead acquisition efforts.
  • Organize and execute regional events, webinars, trade shows, and other marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Create localized content, including brochures, case studies, white papers, and digital marketing assets, to bolster regional marketing efforts.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing enhancement.
  • Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and tracking return on investment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to guide marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the global marketing team to ensure alignment with overarching company objectives and messaging.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in field marketing, ideally within a B2B technology or software environment.
  • Proven success in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns in Southern Europe.
  • Proficiency in French, Spanish, and English is essential; Italian is advantageous.
  • Experience in managing marketing budgets and evaluating ROI.
  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as necessary.
  • Familiarity with tools such as SFDC, Hubspot, and Showpad.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to drive projects independently.
  • Agile and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Creative thinker, capable of developing innovative marketing strategies and solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and interpret marketing data, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills in French, Spanish, and English, with the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly.
  • Collaborative team player, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, alliances, product, and global marketing.
