About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth through various channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our payment products and services to effectively communicate their value to prospective merchants.
  • Search for new business opportunities and drive sales through a combination of traditional and digital methods.
  • Conduct market research to identify new markets and merchant needs in the allocated area.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients and gain insight into their needs to maximize sales performance.
  • Support and lead new business development, including sales presentations, local negotiations, and client onboarding.
  • Prospect through outbound lead generation channels and nurture leads in target markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal merchant experience.
  • Meet sales projections, generate continuing sales opportunities, and achieve company and individual goals.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a B2B sales role within the payments, FinTech, and technology industries.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop effective working relationships across all management levels.
  • Demonstrated track record of sales performance.
  • Strong skills using lead generation tools.
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Commercially driven and goal-oriented leader.
  • Open to travel for networking, events, and client presentations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
