International Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to lead our business development in international markets, working directly with the VP Sales. As a key player in accelerating our growth beyond French borders, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the commercial strategy for target regions (primarily Germany and the USA).
Main Responsibilities:
- Developing International Strategy: Contribute to defining and executing the commercial strategy for target regions.
- Market Analysis and Approach: Identify the specifics of target markets and propose tailored approaches to maximize market penetration.
- Purchasing and Acquisition: Identify, qualify, and convert prospects into clients through complex and multilingual sales cycles (medium and/or long cycles).
- Solution Offerings: Provide solutions tailored to client needs, highlighting the added value of Syfadis products and services.
- Partnerships and Networking: Support local partner networks to accelerate market penetration and identify strategic collaboration opportunities.
- Client Relationships: Build strong post-acquisition client relationships to retain and grow accounts and oversee client satisfaction in international markets.
- Market Monitoring and Reporting: Actively monitor target markets and report your activities in our CRM (HubSpot), providing regular updates to management on performance, opportunities, and necessary strategic adjustments.
About You
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in international sales roles, ideally in the SaaS, digital training, or HR solutions sector.
- Sales Skills: Mastery of complex sales cycles with significant deal sizes and ability to negotiate and influence in multicultural environments.
- Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in German is strongly desired.
- Mobility: Willingness for frequent international travel.
