Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our team at Marken, a leading provider of clinical drug product storage and distribution services. As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics network and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Main Responsibilities
- Monitor shipments on a daily basis to ensure timely collection and delivery.
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with customers, internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with patients to ensure collection requirements are met and provide regular updates throughout the process.
- Process booking requests, generate and verify shipping documentation as needed.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Collaborate with Marken offices and local service providers to ensure efficient logistics transfer and meet desired turnaround times.
- Enter clinical trial sites into Marken's internal database as required.
- Respond to general telephone and email requests from external customers and internal offices/agents.
- Prepare, verify, and distribute country-specific project documentation.
- Filing and archiving as necessary.
- Attend customer meetings and teleconferences as required.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Knowledgeable with computers and aviation/airline networks.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekend coverage in some cases.
- Fluent communication skills in English and French.
