Sales and Partnership Development Manager

We are WeSub, a fintech company that specializes in subscription-based sales models. We are looking for a talented Vendor Manager to join our French team in Paris or the surrounding area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with distributors and manufacturers.

Your primary focus will be on:

  • Market Analysis: Identify potential partners and sectors for cooperation.
  • Partner Engagement: Present our solutions, arrange meetings, and gather information to prepare for meetings.
  • Meeting Management: Coordinate and facilitate meetings with partners.
  • Education and Training: Educate partners on subscription and circular economy principles.
  • Offer Preparation: Create and prepare offers based on the subscription model.
  • CRM Management: Work in our CRM system to analyze sales activities and identify areas for improvement.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Approximately 3 years of experience in sales to business customers in the beauty industry or gastronomy machines and equipment (B2B).
  • A strong interest in e-commerce and/or finance.
  • The ability to learn and develop in sales, with a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Well-developed communication skills.
  • Fluency in French (native) and English at a minimum B2 level.
  • A valid CAT B driving license.
