Your Mission as Sales Executive
- You will join the Sales team and report directly to Lina, our Chief Sales Officer.
- You will have the opportunity to significantly contribute to Skaleet's growth in the European market.
- You will enhance your expertise in selling complex software.
- You will deepen your understanding of the banking world, particularly in the fintech sector.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop outbound prospecting strategies to generate business opportunities with financial institutions in Europe and internationally.
- Establish structured follow-up strategies to maximize conversion rates.
- Support leads and prospects through initial project qualification stages.
- Drive opportunities to completion, including structuring and negotiating deals.
- Closely coordinate responses to RFPs and RFIs with internal teams.
- Act as a source of innovation, contributing to value creation, and maintain ongoing market intelligence in your sector.
About Your Future Manager
Lina is our Chief Sales Officer. She oversees the Sales and Partnership teams operating in Africa and Europe.

Compensation Package
Estimated salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
