Business Development Manager

Circor Aerospace & Defense, a dynamic company founded in 1949, is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in the Paris region.
We design and manufacture a wide range of electromechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electro-magnetic equipment for the aerospace, defense, and aeronautical industries.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Commercial Development- Implementing the commercial development plan
- Prospecting and developing a portfolio of new clients
- Analyzing client needs to propose tailored products and services
- Negotiating commercial agreements
- Securing optimal pricing for maximum profitability
- Supporting existing clients
- Ensuring client satisfaction and sales growth
- Acting as the client's voice within the company
- Overseeing client communications
- Collecting outstanding invoices
- Negotiating/renegotiating prices to benefit the company
- Monitoring market competition
- Updating activity tracking files
- Contributing to budget and commercial development plan construction
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in commerce with strong technical knowledge in the aerospace or automotive industries
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the industrial sector
- Excellent English language skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
- Analytical mindset
- Strong commercial temperament, mobility, and willingness to travel regularly
