Job Description

Circor Aerospace & Defense, a dynamic company founded in 1949, is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in the Paris region.

We design and manufacture a wide range of electromechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electro-magnetic equipment for the aerospace, defense, and aeronautical industries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Commercial Development
  • Implementing the commercial development plan
  • Prospecting and developing a portfolio of new clients
  • Analyzing client needs to propose tailored products and services
  • Negotiating commercial agreements
  • Securing optimal pricing for maximum profitability
Client Portfolio Management
  • Supporting existing clients
  • Ensuring client satisfaction and sales growth
  • Acting as the client's voice within the company
  • Overseeing client communications
  • Collecting outstanding invoices
  • Negotiating/renegotiating prices to benefit the company
Reporting
  • Monitoring market competition
  • Updating activity tracking files
  • Contributing to budget and commercial development plan construction

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce with strong technical knowledge in the aerospace or automotive industries
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the industrial sector
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
  • Analytical mindset
  • Strong commercial temperament, mobility, and willingness to travel regularly
