AB Tasty is a pioneering AI-powered experience optimization platform empowering brands to create seamless experiences on their websites and apps. As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and sales excellence across our global regions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy to boost sales performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging training content, sales materials, and knowledge base resources.
- Design and deliver effective onboarding programs for new sales hires, ensuring a seamless ramp-up experience.
- Identify skill gaps and develop targeted training initiatives to enhance sales team productivity and success.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, positioning, and the latest selling methodologies to provide expert guidance to the sales team.
- Proven experience in Sales Enablement or Revenue Operations, preferably in a fast-growing international company.
- Strong understanding of digital and SaaS environments, business processes, and sales methodologies.
- Excellent content creation, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and French, with additional languages a plus.
