AB Tasty is a pioneering AI-powered experience optimization platform empowering global brands to craft exceptional digital experiences. As a Sales Enablement Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and sales excellence across our international regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new sales hires, ensuring a seamless ramp-up experience.
  • Collaborate with executive and leadership teams to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training initiatives.
  • Develop engaging training content, including decks, knowledge base articles, and e-Learning modules, to foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to create effective sales collateral and support Go-to-Market efforts.
  • Manage sales enablement tools and optimize content organization to enhance productivity and streamline task execution.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, positioning, and the latest selling methodologies and tactics.
  • Monitor the impact of your actions and adapt to evolving sales needs.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Sales Enablement or Revenue Operations, preferably in a fast-growing international company.
  • Knowledge of digital and SaaS environments, business processes, and sales methods.
  • Excellent content creation and documentation skills.
  • Strong training and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and French, with additional languages a plus.
  • Passion for business, sales pitches, and Go-to-Market strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a positive and can-do attitude.
