AB Tasty is a pioneering AI-powered experience optimization platform empowering brands to create seamless digital experiences. As a Sales Enablement Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and sales excellence across our global regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales enablement strategies to boost sales performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging training content and sales materials
  • Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new sales hires
  • Monitor sales results and adapt enablement strategies to meet evolving sales needs
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Sales Enablement or Revenue Operations, preferably in a fast-growing international company
  • Knowledge of digital and SaaS environments, business processes, and sales methodologies
  • Excellent content creation, documentation, and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English and French, with additional languages a plus
