Unlock Your Potential as an Enterprise Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Account Manager to join our Safety Productivity Solutions (SPS)/ PSS business team in Paris or a hybrid location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with our Retail customers and prospects, primarily in the Manufacturing and Logistics sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior-level customers and prospects
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive business growth and revenue
  • Manage and build customer contacts, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver software, service, and hardware solutions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in complex sales, including early engagement in the customer buying cycle at senior levels
  • Strong account management skills, with the ability to use market and marketing data to build successful account plans
  • Working knowledge of English and French
  • Experience with CRM systems
