Enterprise Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Key Account Manager to join our Sales team in Benelux. As a key member of our business strategy, you will be responsible for managing enterprise accounts and key organisations, providing exceptional customer service, and driving market growth for Synology products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Acquire usage information from enterprise customers and key organisations
- Manage the complete sales pipeline for enterprise projects, including solution presentation, pricing negotiation, and deal follow-up
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or Business Management
- Solid knowledge of storage and network solutions
- Fluency in English, French, and/or Dutch
