Global Business Development Manager

Nippon Express Europe GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Global Business Development Manager to join our team in France. As a key member of our Mobility sector, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and expanding key accounts across the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Enhance Nippon Express' position in the Mobility industry and meet growth and profitability objectives with new and existing customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the French market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic account plans and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research and stay up to date with industry trends and competitors.
- Proven experience of min. 10 years in sales and business development, preferably within the logistics sector specifically focused on mobility or the automotive industry.
- Extensive knowledge of air freight, ocean freight, and logistics business models.
- Location Requirement: Applicants must be residents of France.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the French mobility market, including customer needs, industry trends, and competitors.
- Sales Excellence: Strong consultative selling skills with a focus on cross-selling and expanding customer portfolios.
- Customer Focus: Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.
- CRM Proficiency: Expertise in managing sales pipelines and RFQs through CRM systems.
- Negotiation Skills: Effective negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to close deals and achieve win-win outcomes.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English, with the ability to effectively present and communicate complex concepts.
