Our Planning Team

The Planning Team plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering outstanding customer experiences. We are responsible for forecasting demand, managing tour and rental bookings, and optimizing resource allocation across our locations in France.

We are a collaborative team of passionate individuals who thrive on problem-solving, process improvement, and creating memorable experiences for our customers.

Your Role: Tour Planner

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our growing Planning Team as a Tour Planner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Tour Operators and Guides to forecast tour and rental bookings several months in advance, ensuring accurate demand projections.
  • Manage resource allocation by planning the availability of guides to meet operational requirements for all tours.
  • Contribute to exceptional customer experiences by proactively identifying and resolving potential issues that may arise during tour operations.
