Your Role:

As a Customer Experience & Sustainability Analyst, you will play a vital role in shaping our commitment to both client satisfaction and responsible business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer satisfaction data across various market segments within the Southern Ile de France Region (Individuals, Professionals, and Businesses).
  • Identify areas for improvement in customer experience based on key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with field teams to develop and implement action plans that enhance the overall customer journey.
  • Promote a customer-centric culture within our field operations.
  • Coordinate and monitor the region's sustainability roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Propose and execute innovative local and regional sustainability initiatives.
  • Contribute to internal communication efforts, raising awareness about sustainability practices among employees.

Qualifications:
