EMEA Data Center Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled EMEA Data Center Project Manager to join our team at Carrier. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope.
Key Responsibilities- Project Coordination and Resource Allocation: Coordinate internal resources and vendors for flawless project execution, ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Project Planning and Documentation: Assist in defining project scope and objectives with stakeholders, develop comprehensive project plans and documentation to monitor progress and share with clients and staff.
- On-time Delivery and Budget Management: Deliver all projects on-time, within scope, and within budget, meet budgetary objectives and adjust constraints based on financial analysis.
- Change and Risk Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate techniques, perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
- Performance Measurement and Reporting: Measure performance with appropriate tools and techniques, track project performance to analyze successful completion of goals, report and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Client and Stakeholder Relationship Management: Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, meet with clients to clarify project requirements, establish and maintain vendor relationships.
- Task Delegation and Leadership Development: Delegate project tasks based on team members' strengths and experience, use and continually develop leadership skills.
- Continuous Learning and Other Duties: Attend training and conferences to maintain proficiency, develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs, perform other related duties as assigned.
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience, a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience. Proven working experience in project management, excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
