Job Description & Role responsibilities:
- Increase 3DS reach with the right Capability and Capacity
- Build Partner 3Y/1Y Business Plan
- Define Partner 1Y onboarding plan (Capacity & Capability) to secure Business plan achievements
- Formulate Partner 3Y/1Y Business Plan and Partner 1Y Development Plan
- Evaluate, plan and develop partners capacity and capability to support sales plan
- Review partner business role and skills to define and deploy FTE enablement plan that drives continuous long-term competency development
- Develop 3DS extended team to ensure Partner Development plan delivery to improve Partner's Key Performance Indicators.
- Define & Implement Development Plan to generate growth based on Key Performance Indicators on a mid and long-term basis.
- Manage Partner' development plan and connect Partner with DS resources to support the key initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent field
- Experiences in partner management and/or partner recruitment is a must
- SW industry experience and/or Multinational company experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills both in Korean & English
- Comfortable with both self-leading his/her own task and being a part of team
