About the Role

The Regional Sales Director GMS will be responsible for managing a team of Sales Managers, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving business growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coach a team of Sales Managers, setting and achieving sales targets, and providing training and development opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, including market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities and negotiating sales agreements.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and logistics, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
