Mission

Nous recherchons un Responsable Réseau pour gérer les ventes et les opérations sur un territoire donné en veillant à la rentabilité globale des sites pour Vivo Energy Réunion.

Principales responsabilités
  • Promouvoir le respect des normes HSSEQ sur chaque site.
  • Développer et maintenir une culture HSSEQ forte, atteindre les objectifs HSSEQ convenus et protéger les intérêts de VER en s'assurant que toutes les normes HSSEQ sont respectées par les détaillants et les parties prenantes.
  • Gérer la relation entre Vivo Energy Réunion (VER) et le gérant au niveau du site, en veillant à ce que l'engagement VER soit respecté de manière cohérente.
  • Maximiser le potentiel de développement des ventes tout en protégeant les intérêts de VER, par le biais d'un accompagnement pragmatique des gérants sur place et d'un soutien dans la réalisation des objectifs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor vente/marketing ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Compétences avérées en matière de communication et de relations interpersonnelles.
  • Compétences avérées en matière de négociation.
  • Connaissance du marché et contacts solides sur le territoire.
  • Prêt(e) à effectuer plusieurs déplacements professionnels.
  • Expérience avérée dans un environnement similaire avec un historique de performance.
  • Sens commercial et aptitude à résoudre les problèmes.
Objectifs
  • Atteindre les objectifs de vente et d'exploitation pour le territoire donné grâce à des évaluations régulières et à des plans d'action appropriés.
  • S'assurer du service d'excellence opérationnelle dans tous les sites de vente au détail.
  • Augmenter le pourcentage de clients déclarés fidèles au programme de fidélisation MyENGEN.
