Join Capijobnew as a Sales Cluster Manager

Teleperformance Spain, a global leader in customer experience management, is seeking a highly skilled Sales Cluster Manager to lead our sales strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing sales strategies that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to ensure successful sales outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Word and Excel
  • Full-time position with a 39-hour workweek, Monday to Friday
  • Long-term contract with opportunities for professional development
