We are seeking a seasoned professional to head our growing Rates Sales team in Paris, leveraging their extensive experience in Flow or Solutions Rates Sales.

This role offers the opportunity to drive business growth while developing and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
To spearhead the expansion of our Rates Sales business across Institutional Clients in the Nordics.
To build and maintain strong client relationships, utilizing exceptional communication skills to drive revenue growth.
To collaborate with management to develop strategic plans for continued growth in Paris.

Essential Attributes:


A minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales, with a focus on Flow Rates Sales or Rates Solutions Sales.

The ability to foster and maintain long-term client relationships is crucial, particularly with institutional clients such as Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, or Pension Funds.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional European languages is an asset.

Compensation Package:
Our estimated salary for this role is approximately €120,000 - €180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure includes base salary, bonuses, and other benefits.
