Job Title: Regional Sales Director

At Mgmotor, we are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in France. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and expand our market presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve annual sales targets with distributors.
  • Negotiate sales targets and agreements with distributors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with dealers and sales partners to drive sales growth.
  • Manage distributors to ensure they meet sales targets and adhere to financial floorplan management.
  • Collect and analyze market data to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Native French language skills and fluency in English.
  • Proven sales and marketing experience in the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of the French market and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
