Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Technical Solutions Specialist. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting our sales team through its sales strategies to assist in attracting new clients.
Main Responsibilities
- Analyze potential markets before product launch to identify opportunities for growth.
- Craft sales pitches for the sales team to effectively communicate the value of our solutions.
- Assist sales team in qualifying prospects to ensure alignment with our business goals.
- Provide product knowledge support to sales team to ensure they are equipped to address customer inquiries.
- Demonstrate API's, scripts, and integration software to technical customers to showcase our solutions.
- Manage interactions with technical customers to gather requirements and provide solutions.
- Assist sales team in creating detailed bid submissions to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
- Participate in the creation of strategies for the market sector to drive business growth.
- Report and provide feedback to management on market trends and customer interactions.
Requirements
- English and French at C1 level.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of capital equipment or software pre-sales.
- Technical background, programming or development history along with knowledge on API's scripting and integrations software.
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Total commitment to long-term customer relationships.
- Good PC skills and a familiarity with Office programs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in working with a Salesforce (CRM) system for client management.
- Fluency in German is a plus.
- Strong strategic thinking skills.
- Good analytical skills.
