Job Title: Senior Partner Sales Manager

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Senior Partner Sales Manager to join our Enterprise Sales organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer adoption through partner engagement.

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a strong background in enterprise software sales and a proven track record of success in building and executing strategic partner sales plans. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior executives and influence customer decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic partner sales plans to drive revenue growth and customer adoption
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute sales strategies
  • Engage with senior executives and influence customer decision-making processes
  • Advise customers and commercial sales teams on the value of partners and recommend qualified partners to support customer needs
  • Collaborate with Partner Solution Architects (PSA) and Partner Development Managers (PDM) to ensure partners deliver quality results
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in end-customer sales in the cloud business or software industry
  • Experience engaging and influencing senior executives and excellent familiarity with Enterprise customer decision-making processes
  • Experience within the Enterprise software development industry and/or IT outsourcing
