Chief Tech Talent Acquisition Strategist

In this role, you'll be part of the Talent Acquisition team within our People department, focusing on engineering roles for one of our tech tribes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing talent acquisition across Europe
- Educating business leaders and hiring managers on processes, interview best practices, and decision-making
- Leveraging various channels, such as new offices, territories, employer branding, to launch TA strategies
- Fostering relationships with top candidates and collaborating with hiring managers to close deals
- Staying up-to-date with the latest HR trends and utilizing innovative approaches to find and engage talent
- Collaborating with the People department to develop a best-in-class people strategy that supports our business
To succeed in this position, you should have:
- At least 4 years of recruiting experience in a similar role, preferably in an agency or start-up/scale-up environment
- Fluency in English
- A data-driven approach and proficiency in leveraging technology to improve efficiency
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate with candidates and hiring managers
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously

Our salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we offer benefits like lunch vouchers, health insurance, relocation assistance, paid time off for activism, parental benefits, flexible hours, and more. We're a remote-friendly company, allowing for up to 2 days of remote work per week.
