Présentation du poste
Le Stage Event F&B a pour mission le suivi commercial des points de ventes restauration et la satisfaction des clients dans ses missions opérationnelles lors des événements.
Responsabilités
- Qualifie les demandes entrantes et prend connaissance du brief donné par les clients
- Est responsable de la satisfaction du client dès la signature du contrat de vente de l'événement jusqu'à la fin de la prestation et la facturation de l'événement
- S'adapte au client en lui proposant un mode de fonctionnement et un cadre sur l'organisation de la manifestation
- S'assure de la gestion des réservations des espaces
- Assure le montage des dossiers dès la passation du dossier avec contrat signé
- Assure la bonne saisie des fiches de fonctions afin que celles-ci soient compréhensibles de tous et les transmets à tous les services concernés.
- Participe à la préparation du Banquet Meeting une fois par semaine : les informations communiquées devront être claires, précises et résumées les différents enjeux.
- Est force de proposition et réactif en cas de modifications de la prestation (changement du nombre de personnes, changement de mise en place, prestation de dernière minute ...) en informant régulièrement les équipes managériales et le service commercial. Pour ceci, il faudra impérativement maîtriser le fonctionnement de l'hôtel et ses contraintes.
- Est responsable au niveau opérationnel du bon déroulement du service et des différentes mises en place (mise en place des salons, mise en place des pauses café, déjeuners, dîners ...)
- Est à l'aise avec les nouvelles technologies : matériel audiovisuel, tablettes tactiles ...et est à même de conseiller les clients quant à leurs besoins en audiovisuel.
- Gère de manière globale l'événement et assure le suivi qualitatif
- Accueille le client et l'accompagne le jour de l'événement en étant son interlocuteur privilégié

Qualifications
- Expérience en restauration (opérationnel ou service commercial) ou dans le secteur événementiel
- Maitrise de l'anglais
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques
- Proactif
- Force de proposition
- Aisance relationnelle
- Diplomatie et maîtrise de soi
- Autonomie
- Sens commercial : aisance relationnelle, goût pour le challenge, persuasion
