As the Client Development Director at Qonto, you will spearhead a newly formed organization that integrates Product Marketing, CRM, and Customer Insights teams to enhance the value of our client portfolio across four key European markets: France, Germany, Italy, and Spain.

Reporting directly to our Chief Revenue Officer, Marianne, you will implement innovative strategies aimed at increasing customer activation, engagement, and retention, thereby directly impacting our Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and overall profitability.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate comprehensive client segmentation and profiling strategies, customizing contract terms and legal advice to align with the unique needs of various client segments, thereby improving customer satisfaction and compliance.
  • Enhance our CRM capabilities: Continuously assess and optimize our CRM processes to ensure peak efficiency, scalability, and adaptability to evolving market conditions.
  • Coordinate the efforts of our Product Marketing, CRM, and Customer Insights teams, cultivating a culture of collaboration and excellence.
