Role Summary:

The focus of Rakuten Advertising is to assist leading brands in acquiring new customers and optimizing their advertising investments. We are currently seeking an Intern to support our account management efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate communication with both internal teams and external clients, serving as a vital link between stakeholders and the account management team.
  • Oversee operational aspects of client programs to ensure satisfaction and meet revenue objectives.
  • Conduct audits of creative materials and placements as directed by the account team or clients, making necessary updates to promotions and creative assets.
  • Analyze partner affiliate websites to identify potential optimization strategies for clients.
  • Assist in outreach efforts to clients and partners to cultivate new business opportunities.
