This opportunity is for BlaBlaCar Daily which is BlaBlaCar's Business Unit dedicated to short distance (less than 80 km distance) carpooling and in particular work to home commute. It is operated with a dedicated mobile application and brand. Strengthened by the acquisition merger of Klaxit in April 2023, short distance carpooling usage is growing rapidly (+60% volume usage YoY in 2023), in collaboration with local collectivities (B2G) and private employers (B2B) co-financing partners.

Votre Mission

Nous recherchons un stagiaire communication manager B2G pour rejoindre l'équipe Account/Ops B2G chez BlaBlaCar Daily. Leur mission est de soutenir nos partenaires des collectivités locales dans la mise en œuvre de notre solution, la croissance des trajets en covoiturage, et la pérennité de BlaBlaCar Daily en tant que solution de transport pour le territoire. En tant que stagiaire communication manager B2G, votre rôle est de soutenir nos partenaires collectivités locales dans la prise en main des outils de communication proposés par BlaBlaCar Daily. Vous serez sous la responsabilité du manager de l'équipe Account/Ops et travaillerez avec une équipe de 6 personnes.

Vos responsabilités

Soutenir l'équipe des Account Managers B2G dans la promotion du covoiturage quotidien BlaBlaCar dans nos territoires partenaires (métropoles, communautés urbaines, communautés de communes) à travers la FranceOrganiser, en collaboration avec les équipes techniques des communautés et les Account Managers: 1- La mise à disposition et la personnalisation des outils de communication pour chaque territoire 2- Des campagnes de communication physique et digitale à grande échelle pour assurer la visibilité de BlaBlaCar Daily localementAnimer des ateliers de sensibilisation chez les principaux employeurs des territoires : prise de contact, présentation de BlaBlaCar Daily et de ses avantages, mise en œuvre opérationnelleCampagnes de street marketing : ciblage et mise en œuvre opérationnelleSuivre la bonne exécution des services et leur efficacité dans la promotion de la pratique du covoiturage quotidien sur le terrain.Vos qualificationsVous aimez interagir avec des clients de haut niveau, comprendre leurs besoins et trouver des solutions adaptéesVous avez un goût particulier pour la communication/promotion d'une solution innovante et écologiqueVous aimez prendre des initiatives, innover, et proposer des idées pour assurer le succès de nos partenairesVous êtes capable d'acquérir rapidement beaucoup d'autonomie, vous savez vous adapter à un environnement changeant et à des missions stimulantesVous êtes très organisé(e)Maîtrise professionnelle complète de l'anglais et du français requiseAdhésion aux BlaBlaPrinciples : vous épanouir dans un environnement collaboratif, en pleine croissance et innovant, avec la capacité de prendre des responsabilités alignées sur les priorités de l'entrepriseAvoir une convention de stage de votre école ou université est obligatoire.
